INFORMATION

Due to illness conductor Andrés Orozco-Estrada has to withdraw his participation at the Mozart Matinee on 28 and 29 July.
The Salzburg Festival and the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg are glad that François Leleux will not only perform the solo part in Mozart’s concerto for oboe K. 314 but also conduct the orchestra through the unchanged programme.
François Leleux is not only considered one of the best oboists of his generation but also a well esteemed conductor. The Salzburg Festival visitors know François Leleux as the conductor of a renowned concert with works from Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Haydn, which was performed as part of the Camerata Salzburg series at the Salzburg Festival 2015.
